Project Description
On the exterior we added a new roof, soffit and fascia, seamless gutters, vinyl siding with vinyl shake accents and also added a river rock stone wainscoting. We did the same to the garage as well as added a new overhead door with opener and keypad as well as wrapped the old wood posts with a vinyl post wrap. On the interior we remodeled two bathrooms including a fiberglass shower unit with glass door, a custom tile shower that has a round window in it for the nautical look as well as a custom glass shower door. We also added new vanities with countertops and sinks with new faucets, ceramic tile floors and linen cabinets. We added new plumbing in the baths and kitchen as well as moved the electrical as needed. In the kitchen we added new cabinets and granite countertops with a farmhouse style sink, added new can lighting, under cabinet lighting and installed appliances. Installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level of the home. We installed all new interior doors with oil rubbed bronze hinges and locksets, installed new trim and painted the entire interior of the home.
